The capability passport
A living record of what your company can do, continuously maintained, that unlocks opportunities in every market you can reach.
Thirty questions decide whether you are considered. Contracting officers, primes, lenders and programme offices each ask a different slice of them. The passport holds the answers and keeps them current, so the answer is ready before the question is asked.

Capital that funds the mission, not the cap table.|
Capital spans two layers — award-scale non-dilutive funding that fuels growth without taking equity, and project-scale, government-backed financing to build the industrial capacity the mission needs.
capital
The best capability still has to get built.
Winning the award is not the end of the money problem. Capital funds the work and finances the capacity — without forcing a company to sell itself to do it.
01
Why capital breaks the mission timeline.
The money available to defence and industrial innovators rarely matches the shape of the work — so companies dilute, stall, or fail to scale capacity.

03
How it works.
Capital sequences the cheapest, least-dilutive money first, then layers project-scale financing for capacity — matched to the award and the mission timeline.

Two layers of capital.
The Capital Platform funds the company at award scale. Project Financing funds the capacity at project scale. Both feed deployed capability.

Sources of capital, sequenced.

Project Financing — build the arsenal.
Some capability can only be delivered at industrial scale. Project Financing arranges government-backed capital to build the physical capacity — so the mission has not just a design, but a line that produces it.

In practice.
Funded to scale — without giving away the company.

01 / the first great catalogue
Knowledge becomes valuable when it is organised.
Callimachus was a poet, scholar and bibliographer working in the intellectual world of the Library of Alexandria.
He is associated with the Pinakes — a vast catalogue that classified authors and works across the Library’s holdings. It did more than list scrolls; it made an expanding body of knowledge navigable.
His insight was infrastructural. Gathering information was not enough. Knowledge needed identity, context and structure before it could produce discovery.
Historical note · no true likeness of Callimachus is known. The portrait used here is an artistic representation.

Announcement19 September 2026
Alexandria & 8090 partner with Sierra Nevada Corporation to launch a global virtual prime.
Tahoe is a virtual prime for allied governments. Sierra Nevada holds the prime contract and the delivery obligation; Alexandria assembles and verifies the capability behind it. Allied buyers get one accountable counterparty instead of a dozen small suppliers they cannot individually qualify — and members reach programmes they could not bid alone.

Why it exists
An allied ministry cannot qualify thirty small American suppliers, and thirty small American suppliers cannot each stand up a local entity. Tahoe puts one prime in front of the buyer and one verified supply base behind it — the passport is what makes the members legible.
I can answer on delivery, gaps, or an introduction to the supplier. Replies within two working days.
>Alexandria Supplier Check
Show us what you buy. We will tell you whether the price and terms are competitive — and whether the supplier is secure.
Not a price-match promise — national-security purchases are too heterogeneous for that. What you get is a private benchmark against comparable transactions, a security screen of the supplier behind the price, and, where one exists, a better qualified offer with the full comparison behind it.

Where the network does not hold enough comparable transactions, the check returns "insufficient comparison" rather than a number. A benchmark you cannot trust is worse than none.
